Etienne Mouthon
Etienne MOUTHON Is the Managing Director of Mirabaud Financial Planning Ltd., specialized in financial and international tax planning. As former member of the Paris Bar, member of the New York Bar and former tax director of Banque AIG, Etienne has always been and continues to be very close to entrepreneurs and help them structuring and developping their businesses internationaly. Throughout the years, Etienne specialized in Private Equity and structured finance techniques. Etienne is also a managing director of Etraph Finance SCA (www.etraphfinance.lu).
Late 2005, Etienne and his brother Jérôme decided to transfer all their respective participations and private equity investment to a new holding company Solorun with a goal to develop those activities, help young entrepreneurs as seed investors by contributing their joint experiences.
Etienne is a Member of the Young President Organization, Alpine Chapter (YPO)
Etienne is a Member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
